Switch Leutwyler
grew up in an artistic family, and creativity was a part of her everyday life. She graduated from Arizona State University studying sculpture, with a focus on wood and fiber. She’s also dabbled with metal, neon, stop motion, and special effects makeup.
Devour Your Head
began when Rebecca Miller and Switch Leutwyler discovered they’d crafted far too many hats, and decided to start selling them at local art walks. The hats they enjoyed making most looked like creatures eating the wearer’s head, and the name Devour Your Head seemed like a good fit.
Switch has continued making handmade hats and toys for Devour Your Head, and has since expanded it to include her artwork, as well. She’s currently crafting away out of Minnesota.
